Charles Kinney

Subsistence farmer and part-time painter, whose impressionistic body of work reflected a deep connection with rural Appalachia, its wildlife and culture, as well as his own American identity. Featured artworks include a pair of presidential portraits and a kinetic depiction of a wild boar hunt.
