The Gallery of Everything has long championed makers of every colour, class, race, gender, and neurology. To coincide with Frieze Week, it now presents Wake Up, Wake Up: a curated exhibition of visual masterworks from the alternative canons of 20th and 21st century art.

Wake Up, Wake Up is an opportunity to discover some of the most significant and dynamic authors from the archives of the private and the vernacular. These critical artists and makers continue to inspire their formally trained peers, yet are rarely exhibited alongside them.

Today, as the art world grapples with notions of inclusion and diversity, Wake Up, Wake Up celebrates a cultural equality at the heart of non-academic art; and the creators, fabricators and dreamers who make it so.
